This project is a collection of ways to implement the Haar Transform for image reduction. It takes advantage of various libraries such as libSDL. This software is free as in speech, take it, use it, replicate it, modify it, LEARN FROM IT.

This project was created due to an apparent lack of OSS programs utilizing only the Haar / 2D Discrete Wavelet Transform, and exists for educational purposes. However, I am learning this as I go along, so if you have experience with these transforms or programming in general and you see something probematic, report it!
