GenusThe tool that generates a persistence descriptor file (e.g. persistence.xml). Data that is used for descriptor generation is stored in another file, albeit in a simpler, more readable form.
The leading idea is to generate a descriptor file swiftly and easily, without the need to remember the intricacies of the descriptor format, or to search, copy & paste the file every time it is needed.
