GetInLine2 allows you to create processing pipelines that can read, transform and update flat files, csv files, database tables, xml documents and RSS feeds.
GetInLine2 is a complete rewrite of, and will supersede, the original version of GetInLine hosted at SourceForge.
It's currently in alpha, so expect the API to change.
