Creating a hydrographic model for analysis in GIS, this project was suppsed to have connection with a Open Source called Geoinformatica. Geoinformatica was created by professor Air Jolma in Finland, who has the professorshop in Helsinki University of Technology. And under his directions, one student from China generate the project during summer time 2008, now it should be continuted to a suitable point.
