Szótár is a bilingual dictionary and learning program written in C#. The aim is provide software for learning vocabulary and a quick and easy-to-use dictionary.

I personally use it for quickly looking up words in a conversation or when reading a web page.

It's not completed yet, but it's usable enough on the dictionary side. It can import Zbedic dictionaries quite well.
